This chapter covers a lot about communicating with music with people who have little to no music experience, I feel like this information is valuable in modern day scenarios because a lot of students enjoy music but not in the ways it is provided in the school system. Like it talks about in the first chunk, we should leave a wide variety of opportunities available to our students today. Creativity is limited by what we tell ourselves, everybody should have full opportunity to express themselves as musicians even if they may not be in band or anything of the sort. Competition should be available for everybody as well, this is a key element for success as a musician and I believe if you have any form of music involved in your life you should have some sort of theory base of knowledge you can base off of. Music technology can be beneficial but if it does all the intervals and creativity in chord progressions for you, are you really getting the full value of your experience? So my questions for you is, how can we make music technology more efficient in the programing aspect but more independent when it comes to rhythm and notation? is their notation software that not only teaches you how to build music instead of giving it to you, and is that software available to everybody who desires to express themselves through music? As a future music educator, its extremely important that we have all records available for our students so we see nothing but success in their futures.

The music I have created has been inspired by this photo, I have added variety from all types of styles of interments, that stand for music all as one. Just like in this picture where everybody stands together and fight together. We might have different styles to our personality, but we are all people and we all are equally human. I got this idea after looking at the picture and thinking of what kind of music would go with this picture, and I had the thought," why not all music" so everything from strings to party drums, is in this recording, this is music with variety. Some things I had to overcome to create this this video is I had to put my song into an mp3 and figure out how to put it onto this website, so I had some help and ended up putting it on google docs and and putting a button down under, enjoy!
What I basically did here is I took the song "hot cross buns" and just put it in a minor key and put some minor chords over it, with some extra melodic rhythms, enjoy!Hello and welcome to my blog page, today I will be talking about the second chapter of "Music Learning Today" I found this book to be rather interesting for I can relate well with many of the subject in the text. I use to use a program called "FL Studio" back when I was in high school, and what I would do, being as young and unskilled as I was with my music technology, I would just play around with the program. In FL Studio Id Basically build a interesting drum pattern and try to put a chord progression over that, though I never finished my projects I always ended up learning something new and useful every time. I also ended up buying an Electronic Woodwind Instrument also known as an "EW-I" like talked about in the book Ive always been wondering how it works, its an interesting piece of equipment and I feel that it would be super beneficial to figure out all it can do, I enjoy discovering new ways to spread my creativity and my feel for music. Their is a type of music technology that I've been interested in but have not been able to get my hands on till this year Id like to learn more about pocket piano's, I find the way they work to be very foreign and interesting. My goal for this year in my Music Technology class is that I would like to be able to figure out how MIDI works better, and see what I can do with that and a pocket piano. Also I have some questions as well. Some questions I have for discussion would be, When did Music Technology first start?
